Jan Klink studied law at the Universities of Tübingen and Konstanz and received his master degree at the University of London. He is dual qualified, as an Attorney in Germany and a Solicitor in England and Wales. Before joining Rüger, Barthelt and Abel, he worked five years in a top 100 law firm in the UK, in the US and with a highly recognised intellectual property law firm in Germany.

Jan Klink specialises in trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition law. He handles international trademark portfolios of some of the leading companies in cosmetics and fashion. His experience includes cross-border trademark, design and unfair competition litigation and implementing international trademark often globally .
